Donald Trump apparently threatened President Joe Biden and his predecessor Barack Obama over 'presidential immunity'. The 2024 Republican presidential nominee blasted the Democrats as the Supreme Court is set to hear arguements on the issue, determining whether presidential immunity shields the 77-year-old from prosecution in the election interference case. In a series of posts on his platform Truth Social, Trump slammed his prosecutor Jack Smith and then went after 'crooked' Biden.

In a series of posts on his platform Truth Social, Trump slammed his prosecutor Jack Smith and then went after 'crooked' Biden.

“IF IMMUNITY IS NOT GRANTED TO A PRESIDENT, EVERY PRESIDENT THAT LEAVES OFFICE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY INDICTED BY THE OPPOSING PARTY. WITHOUT COMPLETE IMMUNITY, A PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PROPERLY FUNCTION!” Trump posted on Saturday morning.

Donald Trump's lengthy post came after a New York jude, overseeing his hush money case, said he could not attend the oral arguemens on Thursday over his presidential immunity claim at the Supreme Court.

“If they take away my presidential immunity, they take away crooked Joe Biden’s presidential immunity,” Trump warned on Truth Social, further adding that without the immunity the presidency “will lose its power and prestige, and under some leaders, have no power at all.”

He also threatened Biden. "REMEMBER, if I don’t have Presidential Immunity, then Crooked Joe Biden doesn’t have it either, and he would certainly be Prosecuted for his many ACTUAL CRIMES, including illegally receiving massive amounts of money from Foreign Countries, including China, Ukraine, and Russia."

"By weaponizing the DOJ against his Political Opponent, ME, Joe has opened a giant Pandora’s Box. As President, I was protecting our Country, and doing a great job of doing so - Just look around at the complete mess that Crooked Joe Biden has caused. The least I am entitled to is Presidential Immunity on Fake Biden Indictments!" he said in a separate post.
