Chef Salim Khoja heads into kitchen once again – Opening of a new Restaurant in Toronto, ON

TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA, January 9, 2018 / -- One of the Canada’s most revered and eminent chef, Salim Khoja announced the grand opening of his restaurant. The opening comes amid widespread rumors and anticipation of anxious fans waiting for the launch to happen for some time now. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as Sunday brunch.
The new restaurant is built in a modern and revered theme with a principal dining area, café and patio. Initially, the restaurants will be able to accommodate 50 guests in dining area, whereas 10 private dining seats is also available for special events and occasional celebrations. The restaurant is set to offer wide range of American, Chinese, continental, as well as south-Asian food. However, we can expect a touch of grandeur and surprise from Chef Salim Khoja Toronto – something he is famous for.

For me, food is all about creating perfect stories by fusing and balancing all the elements and I am excited to share my side of stories with the guests”.

The restaurant is inspired by energetic and diversified demography in Toronto neighborhood. According to Khoja, the food served at the new restaurant will celebrate the diversity and co-existence of Toronto’s demography; with an element of surprise. Food enthusiasts who know Chef Salim for some time and expecting something out of the ordinary and exciting from this new venture by the revered chef.
“Cooking is all about experiencing with ingredients to create better and newer texture, flavors and aromas. I have been experimenting with my cooking for my entire career and I will continue to bring up some innovative and exciting food ideas for the guests with this new restaurant,” Khoja said.
The restaurant will start operations in coming weeks and guests can start booking their seats from the start of next week. Expecting the high influx of guests, you should make the booking at the earliest to avoid delays.
